والهدف من هذا البروتوكول هو عزل الخلايا البطانية المبطنة اللمفاوية تشوه اللمفاوي السفن وغلفة مثل الكيس البشرية باستخدام الخلايا مضان تنشيط الفرز (FACS). زراعة الخلايا اللاحقة والتوسع في هذه الخلايا تسمح مستوى جديد من التطور التجريبي للدراسات الجينية، البروتين والفنية وتمايز الخلايا.
