Bu yazının üretimi, karakterizasyonu ve normal birincil insan özofagus fibroblast ve de-cellularized domuz iskele içinde ekilmiş skuamöz epitel hücrelerinden hazırlanan bir dokuya işlenmiş 3D özofagus yapı potansiyel kullanımlarını açıklar. Sonuçlar normal insan yemek borusunda benzer olgun tabakalı epitel oluşumunu göstermektedir.
