قنوات mechanosensitive البكتيرية ويمكن استخدام محولات mechanoelectrical في الأجهزة الجزيئية البيولوجية. طبقات ثنائية اجهة قطرة (الدبس)، اللبنات مستوحاة من الخلية إلى هذه الأجهزة، وتمثل منصات جديدة لدمج وتحفيز قنوات mechanosensitive. هنا، علينا أن نظهر طريقة القائم على micropipette الجديد من تشكيل الدبس، والسماح للدراسة قنوات mechanosensitive تحت التحفيز الميكانيكي.
