Vi presenterer en metode for å isolere den voksne organ Corti som tre intakte cochlea svinger (apex, midtre og basen). Vi viser også en prosedyre for farging med fluorescently merkede antistoffer. Sammen disse teknikkene tillater studier av hårceller, støtte celler, og andre celletyper som finnes i sneglehuset.
