Een eenvoudige en efficiënte microinjection protocol voor het bewerken van het gen in channel catfish embryo's met behulp van de CRISPR/Cas9-systeem wordt gepresenteerd. In dit protocol, begeleiden RNAs en Cas9 eiwit in de dooier van één-cel embryo's waren microinjected. Dit protocol is gevalideerd door kloppen uit twee channel catfish immuun-gerelateerde genen.
