Hier presenteren we een protocol voor niet-invasieve beoordeling van ontwikkelingsstoornissen bekwaamheid oöcyt uitgevoerd tijdens hun rijping in vitro van het vesikel germinal aan de metafase-II. Deze methode combineert time-lapse imaging met particle image velocimetry (PIV) en neurale netwerk analyses.
