Aquí, presentamos los métodos para la detección de autoanticuerpos del islote humano usando análisis electrochemiluminescence (ECL). El protocolo, utilizado para predecir la diabetes tipo 1, se puede ampliar a detectar autoanticuerpos para otras enfermedades autoinmunes.
