In de huidige studie, beschrijven we een methodologie voor het analyseren van het genotype van de C924T. Het protocol bestaat uit drie fasen: DNA-extractie, versterking van de Kettingreactie van de polymerase (PCR) en een analyse van de beperking fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) op agarose gel.
