Vi demonstrere, hvordan til at identificere og isolere 6 delmængder af myeloide stamceller fra murine knoglemarven ved hjælp af en kombination af magnetiske og fluorescens sortering (MACS og FACS). Denne protokol kan bruges til i vitro kultur assays (methylcellulose eller flydende kulturer), i vivo adoptiv overførsel eksperimenter og RNA/protein analyser.
