Hier beschrijven we een photobleaching methode ter vermindering van de autofluorescence van cyanobacteriën. Na photobleaching, wordt stochastische optische wederopbouw microscopie gebruikt voor het verkrijgen van driedimensionale Super resolutiebeelden van de cyanobacteriën FtsZ ring.
