Neurospheres gegroeid als 3D culturen vormen een krachtig hulpmiddel om te studeren glioma biologie. Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het uitvoeren van immunohistochemistry met behoud van de 3D structuur van glioma neurospheres via paraffine insluiten. Deze methode kan de karakterisatie van glioma neurosphere eigenschappen zoals stemness en Neurale differentiatie.
