يصف هذا العمل بروتوكولا شبه عالي الانتاجيه يسمح بالتصوير المتزامن ثلاثي الابعاد لتولد الاجنه في الاجنه من 80 إلى 100 درجه مئوية في التشغيل الليلي الواحد. بالاضافه إلى ذلك ، يتم تضمين أدوات معالجه الصور والمرئيات لتبسيط تحليل البيانات. الجمع بين هذه الأساليب مع سلالات مراسل مخصص يتيح رصد مفصل لتولد الاجنه.
