Hier beschrijven we computationele hulpmiddelen en methoden die visualisatie en analyse van drie- en vierdimensionale beeldgegevens van muizenembryo's mogelijk maken in de context van axiale elongatie en segmentatie, verkregen door into optische projectietomografie en door live beeldvorming en whole-mount immunofluorescentiekleuring met behulp van multifotonenmicroscopie.
