Qui, presentiamo un metodo per espandere il natural killer del sangue periferico (PBNK), le cellule NK dai tessuti epatici e le cellule del recettore dell'antigene chimerico (CAR)-NK derivate da cellule mononucleate del sangue periferico (PBMC) o sangue del cordone ombelicale (CB). Questo protocollo dimostra l'espansione delle celle NK e CAR-NK utilizzando celle di alimentazione 221-mIL-21 oltre alla purezza ottimizzata delle celle NK espanse.
