Här presenterar vi en metod för att expandera perifert blod naturligt dödare (PBNK), NK-celler från levervävnader och chimär antigenreceptor (CAR) -NK-celler härledda från mononukleära celler i perifert blod (PBMC) eller navelsträngsblod (CB). Detta protokoll visar expansionen av NK- och CAR-NK-celler med användning av 221-mIL-21-matarceller utöver den optimerade renheten hos expanderade NK-celler.
