Het huidige protocol beschrijft de fabricage van op poly (melkzuur-co-glycolzuur) gebaseerde zeer open poreuze microsferen (HOPM's) via de op single-emulsieformulering gebaseerde facile microfluïdische technologie. Deze microsferen hebben potentiële toepassingen in tissue engineering en drugsscreening.
