Dit is een methode voor het trainen van een multi-slice U-Net voor multi-class segmentatie van cryo-elektronentomogrammen met behulp van een deel van één tomogram als trainingsinput. We beschrijven hoe we dit netwerk kunnen afleiden naar andere tomogrammen en hoe we segmentaties kunnen extraheren voor verdere analyses, zoals subtomogramgemiddelden en filamenttracering.
