In dieser Arbeit beschreiben wir ein präklinisches orthotopes Mausmodell für GBM, das durch intrakranielle Injektion von Zellen aus gentechnisch veränderten Mausmodelltumoren etabliert wurde. Dieses Modell zeigt die Krankheitsmerkmale des humanen GBM. Für translationale Studien wird der Hirntumor der Maus mittels In-vivo-MRT und Histopathologie verfolgt.
