يجمع البروتوكول الحالي بين التحفيز خارج الجسم الحي وقياس التدفق الخلوي لتحليل ملامح الخلايا التائية متعددة الوظائف (TPF) في خلايا الدم الطرفية أحادية النواة (PBMCs) داخل الأطفال الملقحين بفيروس التهاب الدماغ الياباني (JEV). تم اختبار طريقة الكشف ونظام ألوان قياس التدفق الخلوي ل TPFs الخاصة ب JEV لتوفير مرجع لدراسات مماثلة.
