Dieses Video zeigt neue Kultur, eine Methode, durch die Hühnerembryonen außerhalb der Eizelle bis zu 24 h kultiviert. Diese Methode ermöglicht ein bis frühen Entwicklung (Primitivstreifens bis 14 som.), Ein Zeitraum entsprechend E7-9 in der Maus zu studieren. Anwendungen dieser Technik sind die Elektroporation, in situ Hybridisierung und Immunhistochemie.
