He received his Ph.D from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2014. With his Ph.D, he worked as a postdoc in the Institute of Organic Chemistry III of Ulm University, Germany. From Jul. 2015, Dr. Liu continued his postdoc research in the department of Chemistry and Medical School at Stanford University, USA. From Dec. 2017, Dr. Liu started his academic career as a research faculty member at the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. His main research interest lies on the design of molecular probes for Chemical Biology and Bio-analytical Chemistry applications.
