He is currently directing the Image Processing and Analysis lab. He received his doctoral degrees from the School of Computer Science, KAIST in 2015. He was a senior engineer in Samsung Electronics and a post-doctoral researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Kim’s research interest includes medical image analysis, video processing, and machine learning.
