Currently working as a research assistant in the lab of Coen Ottenheijm and finishing writing for my PhD. thesis on mutations in the troponin complex of skeletal muscle. Studied medical natural sciences with a master in physiology. During my PhD. I focused mainly on investigating patient biopsies of patients with nemaline myopathy caused by mutations in the thin filament. During my master internship and PhD. I composed I microscope setup to investigate the contractile properties of myofibrils.
