Dieses Protokoll stellt ein kuratives Verfahren der Moxibustion bei der Behandlung von Patienten mit Asthma bronchiale dar.
Asthma bronchiale ist eine chronisch-entzündliche Erkrankung der Atemwege, die als Folge einer erhöhten Reaktivität der Atemwege zu Symptomen wie wiederkehrendem Keuchen, Kurzatmigkeit, Engegefühl in der Brust oder Husten führen kann. Bei hohen Tagesschwankungen treten diese Symptome oft nachts oder morgens auf oder verschlimmern sich. Durch das Verbrennen und Rösten der chinesischen Medica über menschlichen Akupunkturpunkten ist Moxibustion eine Art der Behandlung, die die Aktivität der menschlichen Meridiane durch Medikamente und Wärmestimulation stimuliert, um Krankheiten vorzubeugen und zu behandeln. Nach dem Prinzip der Syndromdifferenzierung und -behandlung der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin werden Akupunkturpunkte an den entsprechenden Stellen ausgewählt, was eine eindeutige Wirkung hat. Sie gilt als charakteristische Therapie der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin bei Asthma bronchiale. Dieses Protokoll erläutert die Methoden und Schritte des Patientenmanagements, der Materialvorbereitung, der Auswahl der Akupunkturpunkte, der Operation und der postoperativen Pflege, um eine sichere und wirksame Moxibustionsbehandlung zu gewährleisten und die klinischen Symptome und die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Asthma bronchiale deutlich zu verbessern.
Das hier vorgestellte Protokoll demonstriert die Funktionsweise der Moxibustion bei der Behandlung von Asthma bronchiale in Bezug auf Patientenmanagement, Materialvorbereitung, Akupunkturauswahl, Operation und postoperative Pflege. Der Zweck dieses Protokolls ist es, die Symptome von Patienten mit Asthma bronchiale zu kontrollieren und die Lungenfunktion durch Moxibustion zu verbessern.
Akupunktur und Moxibustion sind wichtige Bestandteile der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin (TCM). Im Bereich des Asthma bronchiale haben Akupunktur und Moxibustion umfangreiche klinische Erfahrungen in der Behandlung gesammelt, wobei insbesondere die Moxibustion einzigartige Vorteile gezeigt hat 1,2,3,4. Moderne Studien zeigen, dass die Auswirkungen des biologischen Mechanismus der Erwärmung und Supplementierung der Moxibustion wie folgt sind: Moxibustion aktiviert die Akupunkturpunkte (lokaler Start), fördert die Bewegung von Qi und Blut, reguliert das neuroendokrine Immunnetzwerk (Regulationsweg) und reguliert die Funktionen der Eingeweide (Reaktion des Effektororgans)5,6,7.

In den letzten Jahren hat die Prävalenz von Asthma bronchiale in China jährlich zugenommen. Die jüngste epidemiologische Erhebung zeigte, dass die Prävalenz von Asthma bei Erwachsenen über 20 Jahren bei 4,2 % liegt10. Die Krankheit führt zu einem Umbau der Atemwege und einer Hyperreaktivität, die die Lungenfunktion der Patienten im Spätstadium ernsthaft beeinträchtigt. Derzeit sind die wichtigsten klinischen Behandlungen für Asthma bronchiale entzündungshemmende, krampflösende und symptomatische Behandlungen. Nichtsdestotrotz umreißen die hohe Rezidivrate und Unlösbarkeit die Hauptnachteile, ganz zu schweigen von der schlechten langfristigen Wirksamkeit des Medikaments und dem Fehlen eines idealen Therapieplans. Im Vergleich zu inhalativen Medikamenten allein könnte Moxibustion die humorale und zelluläre Immunität verbessern, die während der Behandlung eine signifikante immunmodulatorische Wirkung haben11,12,13. Durch das Verbrennen und Rösten der chinesischen Medizin über menschlichen Akupunkturpunkten ist Moxibustion eine Art der Behandlung, die durch Medikamente und Wärmestimulation wirkt. Es hat Wirkungen wie die Vertreibung von Kälteempfindungen durch Erwärmung der Meridiane, die Förderung der Qi-Zirkulation, um die Meridianobstruktion zu beseitigen, und die Beseitigung von Stagnation, um Meridiane zu aktivieren. Sie gilt als TCM-charakteristische Therapie bei Asthma bronchiale14.
Die durch Asthma bronchiale verursachte Entzündung der Atemwege ist eine kaskadenartige Immunantwort, an der verschiedene Immunzellen, Zytokine und Entzündungsmediatoren beteiligt sind19.
