Vi beskriver en modifierad metod för membranfraktion isolering från humana celler och provberedningen för detektion av SCAP N -glycosylation och totalt protein genom användning av western blöt. Vi introducerar ytterligare en GFP-märkningsmetod för att övervaka SCAP handel med hjälp av konfokalmikroskopi. Detta protokoll kan användas i vanliga biologiska laboratorier.
