Wir beschreiben eine Methode zur Quantifizierung der Aggregation fehlgefaltete Proteine. Unsere Protokolldetails Lentivirale induzierte stabile Zellgeneration Linie, automatisierte konfokale Bildverarbeitung und Bildanalyse von Proteinaggregaten. Als anschauliche Anwendung haben wir untersucht die Wirkung kleiner Moleküle bei der Förderung der SOD1-Aggregation in einer Zeit und Dosis-abhängigen Weise.
