We beschrijven een protocol voor de chemische conjugatie van het modelantigeen ovalbumine naar een endocytosereceptorspecifiek antilichaam voor in vivo dendritische celtargeting. Het protocol omvat zuivering van het antilichaam, chemische conjugatie van het antigeen, evenals zuivering van het conjugaat en de verificatie van efficiënte conjugatie.
