Nous présentons un protocole pour exposer le tronc cérébral de la souris adulte du côté ventral. En utilisant une lentille à indice de réfraction gradient avec un microscope miniature, l’imagerie au calcium peut être utilisée pour examiner l’activité de la somata neuronale olive inférieure in vivo.
