Eine Entzündung der Augenoberfläche schädigt das Augenoberflächengewebe und beeinträchtigt lebenswichtige Funktionen des Auges. Das vorliegende Protokoll beschreibt eine Methode zur Induktion einer Augenentzündung und zur Sammlung von kompromittiertem Gewebe in einem Mausmodell der Meibom-Drüsendysfunktion (MGD).
