Le présent protocole décrit la fabrication d’une grande fenêtre crânienne (6 x 3 mm2) à l’aide d’une pellicule alimentaire, de silicone transparent et de verre de couverture. Cette fenêtre crânienne permet des expériences in vivo d’imagerie calcique à grand champ et à deux photons chez la même souris.
