Hier wird ein Protokoll zur Bestimmung der Absorption, Translokation und Verteilung von Imidacloprid in Weizen unter hydroponischen Bedingungen mittels Flüssigchromatographie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS-MS) vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass Imidacloprid von Weizen aufgenommen werden kann, und Imidacloprid wurde sowohl in den Weizenwurzeln als auch in den Blättern nachgewiesen.
