Eine einfache und spezifische Methode wurde für Fluoreszenzmarkierung und verbesserte Erkennung von Zelloberflächen-Proteine ohne Fraktionierung Schritt demonstriert. Differential Fülle in Zelloberflächenproteine wurde mittels zweidimensionaler (2-D)-Elektrophorese und Ettan ™ DIGE Technologie.
