M.E. and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2015, 2017, and 2020, respectively. He is currently a researcher at the Sensing System Research Center (SSRC) in the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Tsukuba, Japan. He is now engaged in a research project to develop MEMS actuators, especially a micropump and an optical scanner.
