Eine einfache, kostengünstige und effektive Methode zur Herstellung von Drosophila-Embryonen für die Live-imaging-Analyse vorgestellt. Unser Protokoll sieht vor Feuchtigkeit und Gasaustausch und komprimiert nicht die Drosophila-Embryo. Diese Methode eignet sich für GFP-basierte Live-Darstellung von Drosophila-Embryonen mit einem Stereomikroskop oder aufrecht zusammengesetzte Mikroskop.
