Hier beschrijven we een nieuwe kwantitatieve proteomics-techniek voor het identificeren van eiwitcomplexen in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In deze studie hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de SILAC methode, samen met affiniteit zuivering, gevolgd door tandem massaspectrometrie te identificeren met een hoge specificiteit van de binding partners van een ER-eiwit, Scs2p.
