Dieses Protokoll beschreibt die Herleitung der transplantierbaren hämatopoetischen Stammzellen aus embryonalen Stammzellen der Maus (ESC) und deren anschließende Injektion in letal bestrahlten Mäusen Empfänger. Kurz gesagt, ESC als Embryoidkörpern, die dann mit retroviralen HOXB4 und co-kultiviert mit OP9 Stromazellen und hämatopoetischen Zytokinen infiziert sind differenziert.
