Biofilme auf der Zahnoberfläche gebildet sind sehr komplex und in denen konstante angeborenen und exogene ökologischen Herausforderungen, die ihre Architektur modulieren, Physiologie und Transkriptom. Wir entwickelten eine Toolbox, um die Zusammensetzung, die strukturelle Organisation und Genexpression von oralen Biofilmen, die auf andere Bereiche der Biofilm-Forschung angepasst werden können zu prüfen.
