Se presenta un protocolo que permite ver y para evaluar cuantitativamente la morfología del árbol dendrítico de las células de Purkinje individuales cultivadas en cultivos de cortes organotípicos cerebelosos. Este protocolo tiene como objetivo promover estudios sobre los mecanismos de desarrollo de Purkinje células dendríticas.
