Eine schnelle Methode zur Analyse flüchtiger Verbindungen in Obst wird beschrieben. Die flüchtigen Verbindungen in dem Kopfraum eines Homogenats der Probe schnell getrennt werden und damit mit ultra-schnellen Gaschromatographie (GC) mit einem Oberflächenwellen (SAW)-Sensor gekoppelt ist. Ein Verfahren zur Datenverarbeitung und-analyse wird ebenfalls diskutiert.
