We hebben een nieuwe chirurgische aanpak voor intratracheale toediening van bioactieve stoffen in de muis foetus. De levering route is efficiënter in het foetale richten muizenlongen dan de gebruikelijke intra-amniotische injectie. Deze procedure is tot op heden niet beschreven in een muismodel.
