Os fibroblastos de câncer associados (FAC) facilitar tumor iniciação, crescimento e progressão através de sinalização que promove a proliferação, angiogênese e inflamação. Descrevemos aqui um método para isolar populações puras de fibroblastos normais e cafés de rato fresca e tecidos humanos por selecção de células, utilizando PDGFRα como um marcador de superfície.
