Structuren van supramoleculaire eiwit samenstellingen met atomaire resolutie zijn van groot belang vanwege hun cruciale rol in een verscheidenheid van biologische fenomenen. Hierin presenteren wij een protocol voor het uitvoeren van high-resolution structurele studies op onoplosbare en niet-kristallijne macromoleculaire eiwit samenstellen door magie-angle spinning solid-state nucleaire magnetische resonantie spectroscopie (MAS SSNMR).
