Describimos un modelo murino en vivo de invasión perineural por células de cáncer pancreático syngeneic de inyección en el nervio ciático. El modelo permite la cuantificación del grado de invasión del nervio y apoya la investigación de los mecanismos celulares y moleculares de la invasión perineural.
