Her beskriver vi induktion af eksperimentelle Nefrotisk syndrom i 129S1/SvImJ mus ved hurtig retrobulbær injektion af doxorubicin. Vi behandler også nefrotisk mus med vedvarende frigivelse piller indeholdende aprotinin for at hæmme urin Serin protease aktivitet og forhindre natrium fastholdelse.
