Her præsenterer vi en protokol for at producere gram-negative Escherichia coli (E. coli) spheroplasts og gram-positive Bacillus megaterium (B. megaterium) protoplasts at visualisere, klart og hurtigt karakterisere peptid-bakterier interaktioner.
