Aquí, presentamos un protocolo para inducir y puntuar enfermedades en un modelo xenogénico de enfermedad de injerto contra huésped (xenoGVHD). xenoGVHD proporciona un modelo in vivo para estudiar la inmunosupresión de células T humanas.
