Hierin beschrijven we een chirurgische ingreep die laat zien hoe u permanente ligatie van de linker-anterieure aflopende coronaire slagader bij muizen bereikt. Dit model is van groot belang om de pathofysiologie van myocardiaal infarct en de gelijktijdige biologische processen te onderzoeken.
