Elektrokemilüminesans immünoassay (ECLIA), geniş bir çalışma aralığında düşük intra ve inter-assay hatası ile yüksek nicel, doğru ve tekrarlanabilir ölçümler üreten endojen ve eksojen olarak uygulanan MeCP2 protein varyantlarının kantitatif tespiti için yeni bir yaklaşımdır.
