Dit protocol beschrijft in vivo intracellulaire opname van rat lumbale motoneurons met gelijktijdige trans-spinale directe stroom stimulatie. De methode stelt ons in staat om membraaneigenschappen te meten en ritmisch afvuren van motoneurons op te nemen voor, tijdens en na anodale of kathodale polarisatie van het ruggenmerg.
