Denne protokollen beskriver in vivo intracellulær registrering av rotte lumbale motoneurons med samtidig trans-spinal direkte strømstimulering. Metoden gjør det mulig for oss å måle membranegenskaper og registrere rytmisk avfyring av motoneuroner før, under og etter anodal eller cathodal polarisering av ryggmargen.
